After days of tense negotiation, we’ve arrived at a settlement. The work submitted to the Winter 2010 Emerging Artist Show open call was plentiful, and generally winsome, but in the end there were as always real standouts. We’re at an enviable position, being able to page through so many imaginative works, critically discussing over burritos or green curry takeout or what have you....
